Our objectives for your returns:

At Simply Magnificent we understand that sometimes things do not go according to plan for our customers and it may be necessary to return items back to us.  This is why we will strive to resolve returns quickly and with least disruptions possible.  We use tracked returns labels so our customers can see when their items have reached us and can usually expect any refunds to be processed within 24 hours from this point.

We want our customers to enjoy shopping online and also be confident that if an item needs to be returned it will be done with priority.  This is made easy with our simple 3 steps returns process.

  1. Contact us immediately when you wish to return an item through our customer service e-mail - simply.magnificent@icloud.com.
  2. We will e-mail you back your returns labels.
  3. Simply attach returns labels to you packaging and send the goods back to us and await for us to process your refund or exchange.

    Our Returns Policy:

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return from a change of mind.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase which will be your order details.

    To start a return, you can contact us at simply.magnificent@icloud.com. If your return request meets our criteria, we’ll e-mail you a returns shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at:

    Damages and issues
    At Simply Magnificent we inspect boxed goods from our warehouse before shipping to reduce disappointments from the delivery of damaged items.  We also have a range of products that we order direct from our suppliers.  These products will be appropriately packaged by our suppliers for transport. 

    Sometimes products may develop faults or get damaged during delivery.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue quickly, typically within 24 hours and make it right as quickly as possible.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send you the replacement item.  The replacement will be based on availability of the item you have requested as replacement.  If items are not available for replacement we may issue you with a refund or a partial refund depending on the length of use you have had with the item.  This will always be in line with UK consumer and statutory rights and in accordance to UK laws for consumer goods.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
